Firelogs and Dark Elf Bed of Coals are prized items in the housing community and can be sold on the Guild Traders for several hundred gold each. Items in homes purchased via gold are not bound so you can sell/trade these fireplace accessories and actually profit from purchasing the home.

Cliffshade Firelogs, Flaming and Firelogs, Charred Purchase Cliffshade (400 furnishing item slots) for 255,000 gold in Marbruk, Greenshade.
Ald Velothi Has several non-fireplace items worth some gold on the traders as well: Hlaalu Sidewalk, Hlaalu Shed, enclosed, Hlaalu Wall Pillar, Sillar Stone. Purchase Ald Velothi (400 furnishing item slots) for 322,000 gold in Ashalmawia, Vvardenfell.

Free Home If you have the Elsweyr DLC, you can obtain the Hall of the Lunar Champion in Rimmen, Northern Elsweyr. This is a 700 slot Manor you recieve after completing the "Two Queens" quest line. Initially, you obtain the main hall area, then unlock 3 wings through other quests and by completing dungeons. Can't beat the price.
